All prices are based on US Dollar (USD). We provide pricing based on current market activity to provide a competitive and reasonable pricing.

  • Payment Options

Paypal: Provided via a direct payment at checkout. Buyers are advised to update their paypal account with their mailing address.

  • Returns

We accept returns based on the following conditions: 

We must be notified within 3 working days upon receipt of product. All merchandise must be in the exact same condition as it was sent. If we find that the item has been tampered with, we will be unable to accept your claim. We will accept full responsibility for all shipping and replacement costs if we caused the error.

Kindly package all items carefully to ensure safe shipping. We will not responsible for any lost or stolen package returned to us, so kindly use shipping service with tracking. Upon receiving your returns, we will inspect and issue a refund. Refunds are normally issued within 5 days after the returns are received.

  • Cancellations

Please e-mail admin@killerkards.com if you would like cancel an order, but must be done within 3 days upon order. For orders that have not been shipped, we will cancel your order and if your order has been paid for, we will issue a refund within 5 days of cancellation. For orders that have been shipped, please refuse the package upon delivery and return them to us. When we receive your returns, we will refund you for the products returned and not the shipping costs/fee deductions related to the order.

*KillerKards reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. 

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

These situations rarely occur and are beyond KillerKards’s control once the package is handled by the selected couriers. For peace of mind and safety, we always use services which provide tracking and insurance.

We are only able to raise an enquiry after 45 business days, therefore refunds will only be made after an enquiry have been raised. In an event that the item has proof it has been delivered, we will request for a re-payment for the amount that was refunded.
